Your group also has an insurance broker, is it safe for my business to work with you?

It is definitely safe for you and your company to work with us, “Abbey USA Insurance Brokers” and “Abbey Underwriters” are totally independent divisions of Abbey Group. We will also sign an Agreement stating that any business or information provided by you or your company is owned by you and not us. In addition to this, we strongly believe in the value of our word and doing the right thing, after several years working with other Agents/Brokers we never had any complaint or inconvenience (formal or even informal).

How are commissions paid?

We invoice your company net of commission.

What will cover the risk?

We work with several Carriers, most of them are domestic US Carriers and all of them have high A.M. Best ratings.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

Quotes are usually turned around on the same say, some more complex business may require additional time.

Is this a surplus lines market?

No, we only work with a surplus lines market if we don’t find a local solution in the US.

Do you provide training?

Yes, we offer online webinars and on-site courses. These courses are not limited to the products we offer, we also have partners specialized in compliance, licenses requirements, loss prevention and other topics that may be useful for you and your customers.
